Senate Energy & Natural Resources Hearing to Examine the Opportunities and Challenges of Oil and Gas Development in Different Price Environments

In her opening statement, Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) said that oil and gas production is capital intensive with a long lead time before projects start production.  Because of low oil prices, tough decisions need to be made.  People need to work together to ensure that the U.S. remains an attractive place for resource production.
