HEATHER ARNETT

Ms. Arnett assists clients in developing advocacy plans and effective issue campaigns. She is an experienced facilitator. She served as the CEO of the Association of Alaska Housing Authorities and the YWCA Anchorage. She also served as chair of the YWCA Northwest U.S. Region’s Advocacy Committee. Ms. Arnett led the Alaska Network on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault’s statewide Legislative Committee. She holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Alaska, Anchorage. In 2017, she was named one of 24 Rockwood Leadership Institute Strengthening Democracy Fellows.
